LIBRA SCALES has well-trained technicians team who are providing their services all over the Pakistan. Our Team installs and configures customer’s equipment according to the manufacturer specifications. They also provide training to their operating personnel professionally about how to operate the equipment.

Regular maintenance increases the life of equipment or system and ensures that it is correctly maintained and in working order as well. For optimal performance we are available to maintain client’s equipment via regular maintenance service agreement as a part of our services. Companies which sign maintenance agreement with us, become more preferential clients for us rather than others.

To assist the customers, LIBRA SCALES are doing annually maintenance service agreements with clients on regular basis to repair their equipment on site or at its repair center expertly, fast and reliably. LIBRA SCALES respond on breakdown of machine within 24 hours and on client’s request visit within the working hours which are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We are able to do scale preventive maintenance, repair, diagnostic, calibration, installation and recalibrate the equipment periodically on a one call basis or through an annual maintenance agreement.

Our specialists helps, if customers come across any difficulty in application which cannot wait to be solved or encounter any error, problem or have question about parameter settings.
